The service may include:
- Live speech-to-text captioning
- AI-powered live translation
- Browser-based operator control
- Program output pages for production displays, relay screens or streams
- Mobile viewer links
- Session usage tracking
- Credit-based billing
- Transcript export features, where available
VoxFlux is a software platform. It does not provide human stenography, human translation, legal transcription certification, event staffing, AV equipment, internet connectivity or managed production services unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login details and any users or sessions created under your account.
You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including live sessions, credit usage, purchases and outputs generated through the platform.
6. Credits, billing and usage
VoxFlux operates using purchased usage credits. Credits may be used for live captioning, AI translation or other platform usage depending on the package purchased and the active service mode.
- Credits do not expire.
- Purchased credits remain associated with the account used to buy them.
- Pricing may change for future purchases.
- Pricing changes will not reduce credits already purchased.
- Credit usage may vary depending on transcription mode, translation mode, concurrent sessions and active session duration.
Charges continue while a live session remains active, whether or not you are actively monitoring the session. You are responsible for stopping sessions when they are no longer required.
We may update pricing, packages, available features or credit structures from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only unless otherwise stated.
7. Refunds
Unused credit purchases may be refunded if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Once any credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase becomes non-refundable, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
Refund requests should be sent to support@voxflux.ai with your account email address and order details.
Additional refund terms may be set out in our separate Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between this section and our Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will apply, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Audio, content and permissions
You are responsible for any audio, speech, event content, personal data or other material submitted through VoxFlux.
By using VoxFlux, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, notices, consents and lawful basis required to capture, submit, process, transcribe, translate and display the relevant audio or content.
This includes, where applicable, responsibility for notifying speakers, presenters, panellists, attendees, employees, contractors or other participants that their speech or contributions may be processed by VoxFlux.
You must not use VoxFlux to process audio, content or personal data unlawfully, secretly, deceptively or in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality or other legal rights.
9. AI-generated captions and translations
VoxFlux uses automated speech recognition and AI-powered translation technologies. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, delays, mistranscriptions, mistranslations, formatting issues or incomplete results.
You are responsible for deciding whether VoxFlux output is suitable for your intended use. You should not rely on VoxFlux as the sole source of truth where exact wording, certified transcription, legally binding translation or guaranteed accuracy is required.
VoxFlux does not guarantee that captions, transcripts or translations will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, suitable for a particular event, or free from errors.
10. Critical-use exclusion
VoxFlux is not designed for safety-critical, life-critical, emergency, medical, legal, aviation, transport, law-enforcement, court reporting, emergency dispatch, high-risk compliance or regulated decision-making use.
You must not rely on VoxFlux where a captioning, transcription or translation error, delay or omission could reasonably be expected to cause death, personal injury, legal prejudice, financial loss, regulatory breach, safety risk or other serious harm.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, insecurely, or in breach of these Terms.
12. Availability, maintenance and changes
VoxFlux is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific latency, error-free operation, continuous connectivity, or compatibility with every browser, device, network, venue or production environment.
Live captioning and translation depend on factors outside our control, including internet connectivity, browser behaviour, microphone quality, audio routing, venue networks, third-party providers, user configuration and source audio quality.
We may update, modify, suspend, maintain or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Where practical, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but urgent maintenance or security work may be carried out without advance notice.
13. Third-party services
VoxFlux may rely on third-party services for speech recognition, AI processing, hosting, payments, email, security, analytics and infrastructure.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, limitations, policy changes or failures caused by third-party providers, internet service providers, browsers, operating systems, payment processors, hosting providers or customer-side equipment.
14. Intellectual property
VoxFlux, including its software, interface, design, branding, workflows, documentation and platform technology, is owned by or licensed to Web Video Streaming Ltd.
You may use VoxFlux only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rebrand, sublicense or create derivative products from VoxFlux without our written permission.
You retain ownership of audio and content you lawfully submit to VoxFlux. You grant us the limited right to process that content as necessary to provide the service.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to VoxFlux if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your use creates legal, security, operational or reputational risk
- Payment fails or a transaction is reversed
- We suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or unlawful activity
- We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority
You may stop using VoxFlux at any time. Account closure requests can be sent to support@voxflux.ai.
16. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, immediate access to digital services and any use of purchased credits may affect cancellation or refund rights, as explained in our Refund Policy and checkout notices.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, VoxFlux and Web Video Streaming Ltd will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings
- Loss of data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity
- Event disruption, production failure or venue/network issues
- Errors, omissions, delays or inaccuracies in AI-generated captions, transcripts or translations
- Indirect, consequential or special losses
- Losses caused by your configuration, equipment, network, browser, audio setup or misuse of the service
Subject to the exclusions above, our total liability to you for all claims connected with VoxFlux will not exceed the total fees paid by you to VoxFlux in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Your responsibility for claims
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your unlawful use of VoxFlux, your breach of these Terms, your failure to obtain required permissions or lawful basis, or your submission or display of audio, captions, translations or content through the platform.
